You choose the teeth and the metal. The mould kit is part of the same order, and we post it to the address you give.

Take the mould

A mould is a soft copy of the teeth. Press the tray from the kit over them, wait while the material sets, then lift it away. It holds their shape, and the grill is built on that. The metal covers each tooth up to the gumline, so the mould needs to show the tooth that far.

A kit for one jaw has one tray, two bases and two catalysts. A kit for both jaws has two trays, four bases and four catalysts, two attempts for each jaw. The kit also has a sheet printed with the upper and lower teeth, your kit number, and a box to send it back in. The instructions give the timing for the material.

If the first mould tears, traps a bubble, or stops short of the gumline, use the second attempt. If both attempts fail, you will need another kit.

Choose the finish and post it back

The sheet is printed with the upper teeth and the lower teeth, and you mark the finish on it. Plain caps are solid metal over each tooth. A bar joins them into one continuous face of metal. A cutout takes a shape out of the metal, such as a heart or a window, so the tooth shows through. If you want something the sheet does not show, contact us.

Your kit number is on the box and on the sheet, so the return matches your order. If you would like us to look at the mould before it is posted, send a photo. Then put the mould and the sheet in the packaging from the kit and post it back.

Made and posted back

We check the mould, then make the grill in the metal you chose. From the day we receive it, the normal time is 10 to 14 days. The finished piece is posted back by tracked delivery.
